The 1.5 TFSI petrol unit provides 116 PS and 150 PS power, and an electric version with a 48-volt light hybrid system is also available. On the diesel side, two power levels are available: 2.0 TDI 116 PS or 2.0 TDI 150 PS. All engine versions will be combined with front-wheel drive and power will be transmitted through a six-speed manual transmission or a dual-clutch seven-speed S tronic with a compact gearshift lever. Engine versions will gradually expand in the future.

The new A3 Sportback, whose height (1.43 meters) and wheelbase (2.64 meters) does not change, has grown a little 3 cm compared to the previous one, reaching 4.34 meters in length and 1.82 meters in width. Depending on the position of the rear seats, the luggage capacity is between 380 liters and 1,200 liters, and there is also an electric tailgate option, which can be controlled by foot movement.
The pre-sales of the 2021 Audi A3 began in March in many European countries. The first vehicles will be delivered to customers at the beginning of May. The 1.5 TFSI 150 PS petrol engine version starts at 28,900 euros.
